Local Docling & PaddleOCR
Optional in Docker: read documents locally or alongside AI. PaddleOCR provides a third opinion for numeric checks; discrepancies are flagged, never overwritten.
Claude with a privacy gateway
Enable Claude for all or selected AI tasks. With your own gateway active and Presidio configured, Claude follows that privacy path; without a gateway, requests go directly to Anthropic.
Qwen in shadow mode
The local model collects examples and compares its answers with the active AI. Its output does not change live processing; switching is an explicit decision for each task.
NCTS & logistics
T1 orders follow a separate workflow. A signed REST interface exchanges orders, status and documents; native vendor formats and production NCTS connectivity require the relevant specifications.
Replies resume processing
Complete replies restart analysis. Stalled analyses are retried or referred to people — never approved automatically.
